Great customer service and overall fantastic experience. We had a lot of bed bugs lingering everywhere and they were able to get rid of them with a few treatments due to the severity of bugs we had. Our go to company for emergencies like this.

Great service. Surveyed my crawl space. Assessed the situation. Made recommendation. Proceeded with the plan. Kept me informed of his progress. On conclusion of the work informed me of what he had done and answered my questions. Let me know how to contact him if necessary. I was very pleased with his work. There has been no recurrence of the problem. I would highly recommend this technician and his work.

My experience with this company was painless. I was contacted very fast and Jay was very clear on their scope of work and prices. I end up paying less than my initial thought, based on my conversation with Jay and the magnitude of the problem I had, this company was great!
The tech who worked in my house was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He did the work that was need it and he DID NOT try to make up problems to charge me more. I recommended this company to a friend of mine who was having issues with rodents. I am glad companies like Pet No 1 are in business with high respect for costumer's satisfaction.
