- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on the size of the property and the level of rodent activity. Every project is different, so we usually carry out a free inspection before issuing a quote. We focus on providing high-quality work, including sealing entry points, rodent treatment, and cleaning when necessary. Our goal is to solve the problem correctly the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a detailed inspection of the attic, crawlspace, garage, and exterior of the home to identify rodent activity and possible entry points. After the inspection, we explain the problem and recommend the best solution. This may include sealing holes, installing traps, cleaning and disinfecting contaminated areas, and replacing insulation if necessary. Our goal is to eliminate the rodents and prevent them from coming back
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from several years of hands-on experience working with insulation systems, attic restoration, and rodent exclusion. I have extensive experience identifying rodent entry points, sealing structures properly, installing insulation, and safely cleaning contaminated areas. Through my work I continue learning the best methods to keep homes protected from rodent infestations
