We had a MAJOR rodent infestation at our home in a rather remote area of Sonoma county which we rent out. Luis and his team were extremely efficient in dealing with the issue and communicating with our tenant. Two enthusiasts thumbs up!
Luis was respectful and helpful in assisting with our needs. Him and his team went above and beyond to help eradicate the rat problem he explained everything step by step! Price was great. Included the insulation and air ducts.

We had a rat enter our home, and we needed help removing it. Shield L&D came out the same day within a couple hours and set traps. Luis was extremely responsive and helpful! Our prices depend on the size of the property and the level of rodent activity. Every project is different, so we usually carry out a free inspection before issuing a quote. We focus on providing high-quality work, including sealing entry points, rodent treatment, and cleaning when necessary. Our goal is to solve the problem correctly the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a detailed inspection of the attic, crawlspace, garage, and exterior of the home to identify rodent activity and possible entry points. After the inspection, we explain the problem and recommend the best solution. This may include sealing holes, installing traps, cleaning and disinfecting contaminated areas, and replacing insulation if necessary. Our goal is to eliminate the rodents and prevent them from coming back
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from several years of hands-on experience working with insulation systems, attic restoration, and rodent exclusion. I have extensive experience identifying rodent entry points, sealing structures properly, installing insulation, and safely cleaning contaminated areas. Through my work I continue learning the best methods to keep homes protected from rodent infestations
