Johnny was prompt, honest, direct and helpful. We did not end up doing a project together, however, his advice saved me from making an expensive construction error. Even though he was not going to work on my project, he continued to respond to my messages and help me solve my problem, while refusing to do work he deemed unnecessary . This is an unusual level of integrity that one can not forget.
