Highly recommend Quick Yard Care and Bin’s team. From day one, the work was done properly and up to standard. The demolition, concrete, pavers, and turf were all executed with great attention to detail—no cutting corners at any stage. They used high-quality materials throughout, and the results clearly show it. The work had a truly transformational impact on our yard—I added before-and-after photos because the difference speaks for itself. One of the biggest reasons we chose Quick Yard Care was professionalism and licensing. Among all the licensed teams we received quotes from, Bin and his crew stood out not only for the quality of their past work, but also for delivering excellent results at a relatively lower cost. Considering the quality of craftsmanship, the pricing was very reasonable. Based on my rough comparison with other quotes, we saved around 20%, which mattered a lot given that I have multiple projects ongoing this year and financial constraints to manage. Bin himself is a pleasure to work with. He’s extremely easy to communicate with and always thinks from the homeowner’s perspective. He genuinely cares about doing the job right and about his long-term reputation. You can tell he’s in this for the long game—he wants to earn trust, not just finish a job. He even came back after completion to drop off extra sand for our future use, which really shows his thoughtfulness and commitment. Because of this experience, we already plan to have Bin come back to provide an estimate for a yard project at one of my rental properties, and later for a shared fence renovation at our primary home. Bin does excellent work at a reasonable price. My porch roof was leaking for some time before I had noticed it, and he did a thorough repair in replacing poorly set roof tiles and replacing a rotted beam. I'll definitely be calling him again for improvements.

I hired Bin Ho’s company Quick Yard Care to completely tear down and replace my old front porch deck. Bin Ho explained what needed to be done, gave me really good suggestions, is a good listener and very flexible about working around what I wanted. His pricing is very reasonable and BIn Ho and his team did a fantastic job. The new deck is built so much better structurally and aesthetically than my old deck. I will not hesitate to hire him again.
