Mike was very responsive and came when we were home to fix the problem. He stayed till 11 pm to fix the problem and his rate was also reasonable.

Mike did a great job tackling a very tough drain clogging situation with our kitchen sink drain at our house. After the typical "pipe snaking" approach did not work as the clog was way further than anticipated, Mike drove us through the different steps to resolution. Mike worked late at night and early in the morning to accommodate our timeline and schedule. Mike always explained what he was going to do and why, which I really appreciated. Finally, when we had to make bigger decision to fix the clogging for good, Mike worked with us to keep the budget low. Again very appreciated. Mike is a true professional, very easy to work with. Many thanks.
