Edgar and his team were amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. We hired them to install our front sooand security gate. They went above and beyond to repair some minor defects in the door before installing it. Edgar was very flexible with time and pricing. He even changed out the door trim for free because we didn't like the first trim. Definitely hiring him again for our next project.

Edgar and his team did a very good job replacing an old third-storey window for me. I originally thought I needed another Milgard window, but he recommended a Home Depot window that matched had better thermal properties, was easier to operate, and cost less.
This was only one window, but it was not a simple job because of the height and the condition of the original installation. Other companies were not interested in taking on a small one-window project, but he fit me in.
Communication was good. When he was running about 45 minutes behind coming from SF, he texted me ahead of time so I could adjust my schedule.
After removing the old window, they found that the original installation had been substandard. Edgar explained the issues, corrected them, and installed the new window properly. They also color matched and painted the exterior so the repair blended exactly with the house.
Two days after the installation, we had heavy rain, and everything stayed perfectly dry, as expected.
Edgar was honest, knowledgeable, and good at problem-solving. The finished installation looks clean and the window operates smoothly. I would recommend him, especially for window replacement or repair projects where proper installation and waterproofing matter.

Edgar chose to fix my stuck window lock and did what he needed to and got it done. It required removing the entire sliding window which required some physical force and yet finesse and patience. I am so pleased with his perseverance and problem solving skills and understanding that replacement is not always necessary with older fixtures.
