First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work.Overall Mila and her crew did fantastic work and communication with in project was very clear. We highly recommend. They are very clear, patient, hardworking, friendly and accommodating. What else anyone would need? Thanks so much Mila and Geico Builders. I have already started letting everyone know about your work in my neighborhood.

These guys are pros! I couldnt believe they dont have more reviews. I found these folks through Angis List. I had an existing fence which was build by not licensed contractor and fell off in a year time. When Ive met supervisor Julio and our project manager Mila I had a doubt that someone can get this job done on 100% which they did on 120%! Communication with in project was great. Quality of the job is outstanding I know for now this retaining wall & fence will stay here forever since I saw how many rebars & concrete and digging was involved. I will definitely recommend Geico Builders team & management to everyone.

I just finished a total exterior remodel of my house with Geico Builders. I chose them out of the top five companies in the Bay Area after speaking with existing clients they have. My gut told me that I would get the best quality work with this company and I wasn't wrong. Mila was my project Manager and I liked her from the very first meeting. She is very energetic, strait to the point and has a lot of knowledge about design, materials, what's in fashion and what goes with what. I learned a lot from her but a also felt free to use my creativity in the design. It was a perfect cooperation between us with a lot of trust in one another. This company and their workers are committed to quality and are top notch professional people.
Andre and Jean were very skilled and nice team to work with. I realized after the first few days that I got nothing to worry about. They know how to do everything and they do it perfectly. They are also extremely clean. They left the area very clean at the end of every day. They always showed up on time, communicated very well with us and listened to all our wishes. I feel like. Mila’s attention to details and her ability to understand my needs make her an excellent project manager. Friends and family were very impressed too. You would not go wrong hiring Geico Builders for all your remodel and construction needs!

Quick response through my request. Mila came over the same day I inquired and got response with in 5 min to provide me a consultation. My front yard was overgrown with foxtail weeds and it impacted my dog's ear. I was able to schedule a full removal of all weeds, Mila designed for me all project within a few hours, Crew planted trees and laid it down and install everything in 3 days . She was patient with my questions and concerns. Mila and her crew extremly profesional! They were very clean, on time, polite, and accommodating.
