We provide free in-home estimates and transparent, detailed proposals. No hidden fees. Every project includes a full breakdown of labor, scope, and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an on-site visit to understand your goals, take measurements, and answer questions. From there, we prepare a clear and competitive estimate. Once approved, we handle scheduling, permits, materials guidance, inspections, and final delivery — keeping you updated at every stage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands-on construction and remodeling experience, backed by my California B-License as a General Building Contractor. I’ve completed extensive training in building codes, structural framing, waterproofing systems, electrical and plumbing coordination, and project management. Throughout my career, I’ve also worked side-by-side with architects, engineers, and designers, which has strengthened my understanding of planning, layout, and high-end finish work. My team continues ongoing training to stay updated with the latest materials, safety standards, and modern construction techniques.
