Full service. They took care of all the ordering and pickup. I’ve had several compliments on the floors. The service was refreshing after a previous company had taken my money, and quit. Raheel tried to assist in getting a refund from the previous company but thumbtack refused to honor their guarantee.

Hello, We wanted to replace flooring throughout the house with engineered hardwood floors about 2200 sq/ft. After getting quotes from 4 different companies we came across Property Channel Flooring. The moment I met the project manager of PCF, I knew I was in a good hands. It was a tie between PCF and another contractor. Highly recommend property Channel Construction/flooring. Recently replaced my carpet flooring through out the house with vinyl flooring. Also PC remodeled my kitchen.
