When we bought our 1970s fixer-upper, we knew we had a massive undertaking ahead of us, but finding the right general contractor felt daunting. We chose Skybar Construction after interviewing four different companies, and it was hands down the best decision we made. From our initial walkthrough, Anthony stood out. He didnt just nod along; he offered realistic structural advice, caught potential load-bearing complications early, and broke down the cost projections line by line. Over the six-month gut renovation, Anthony and his crew completely transformed the house: removing partition walls for an open floor plan, rewiring the electrical, installing hardwood throughout, and finishing every room with immaculate trim work. What impressed us most was the communication. If an unexpected pipe or outdated framing issue came up, Anthony called with solutions and clear pricing before taking a single step forward. The job site was swept daily, the subcontractors were respectful, and we moved in right on schedule. If you want a builder who treats your home like his own, call Anthony at Skybar.

Anthony was so helpful throughout the process of our bathroom remodel that we took him to do the landscaping right when he was done with the bathroom. We’ve had contractors before but never like this. The minute we met him we saw how professional he is and how honest he is. Honesty is hard to find these days. We’ve been burnt with past projects and we were hesitant, but we proudly say that we couldn’t be happier! We had our bathroom completely transformed and get so many compliments that Skybar Construction deserves the referral! We can’t wait to finish our landscaping and show it off to everyone too. I highly recommend them for any project that you have. They came through!

Anthony and the Skybar crew knocked our kitchen remodel out of the park! The custom cabinetry, quartzite waterfall island, and tile backsplash look straight out of an architectural magazine. On budget, on time, and zero headaches.

Anthony and Kelli are an amazing team. I did my kitchen remodeling with them and now I will be doing a full remodeling. They are super professional, clean, detailed, personable, and the list goes on. I highly recommend them. I had contacted 3 other pros here and Anthony was the most honest and up front.

Our prices are very competitive. We take pride in our quality and craftsmanship and we charge a fair price for your renovations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always scheduled an initial free consultation to understand the job. We like to ask a decent amount of questions to learn budgeting, start date, and timeline.
