FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on being professional, a great communicator, and a listener. I know the questions to ask so that we are very clear about how to get you the looks you desire. My fees reflect the expertise I bring to you to create a flawless hairstyle for your wedding day. I use professional products and the best tools to create beautiful hair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will steer you to my website first. You will answer a few questions on the form and submit it. You will also find a helpful Wedding Day Guide with recommendations for your hair, skin, and makeup. We may also have a zoom meeting or phone conversation to clarify any questions you might have. Then you can book your one-hour trial. If you are happy with the trial, I will have you sign the contract. Your fee for the trial is applied towards services on your wedding day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed hairstylist and have taken a lot of professional training including color, haircutting, styling, and makeup. I worked for six years for L'Oreal Professionnel as a member of the National Styling Team in New York. I have worked runway shows and styled for editorial photoshoots, and special events, including countless weddings. Not to mention the thousands of clients I have styled in my studio salon. I love what I do!
