Frank is a great handyman and did a wonderful job repairing my cabinets. He was very responsive and clearly walked me through the process. He gave me a good estimate and followed through when he came to do the work. As you can see from the photos Frank cares about the quality of his work and I’ll be keeping him in mind for future projects!

Frank is incredible. My wife and I are remodeling our house and Frank has been instrumental to every single job. From removing and replacing our countertops, building a beautiful closet to enclose our water heater and many many more jobs. He is not only a super craftsman, he is also a great adviser with an extreme attention to detail and process. He went above and beyond, helping us pick out new appliances, helped with the layout of our kitchen, and helped us navigate the other work we were doing with other contractors. Frank (the Hardcore Handyman) was a pleasure to work with! He helped design, build, and install custom built-in oak wood shelving units on both sides of our fireplace. I had a rough design, and with Frank's input and carpentry expertise, we finessed it as needed while still staying true to the vision. He was very communicative throughout the whole process, and he helped guide and explain all the various options that were available. He is a true craftsman, reliable, and easy to work with. Frank built a small semi-permanent office space in our warehouse. He helped us figure out what was and was not possible for our budget and space. As a small non-profit his transparency and honesty regarding the pricing and scope of work was helpful. We knew what we wanted, but had no idea how to do it or what it entailed. I provide clear pricing upfront, and any changes or additional costs are discussed with the customer before proceeding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project and reviewing any photos, measurements, and design ideas the customer can provide. From there, I clarify the scope, offer practical recommendations, and prepare an estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, confirm the details, and keep communication clear throughout the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended trade school and have more than 14 years of hands-on experience in the building trades. My background includes custom carpentry, cabinetry, repairs, installations, and a wide range of home-improvement projects.
