You're in good hands. I'm confident in what household maintenance needs. I know what I can handle and I also know when to step back. I'm new to the app so my pricing is very competitive. Being in commercial construction for nearly 2 decades, I can promise kindness and professionalism. Please note I have a 2 hour minimum @ $50/ hr PLEASE NOTE- I do not provide quotes for projects under 40 hours worth of work. Since Thumbtack charges me for leads, please do not select me if you take issue with this. My son says that he likes his dad with all of his toes. With that said, please let me know if i need to bring booties because I do work with my shoes on.

I hired Lucas to install my smart lock on my front door and to replace my bath tub overflow face plate. He was great from the first communication to the completion of work.
