Contact client, make an appointment for a estimates, First Class Customer Service. see a sample and sell goods from our inventory or special order the materials, Set a date for installation and do a nice job. Communicate at every step for the process. C-15 contractors have to stay in their skill set. Carpet, sheet and plank Vinyl, LVP, VCT, LVT, Rubber Sheet and rubber tile, all hardwood, engineered, carpet tile, and self and non self leveling Portland cement, subfloor water damage, base moldings. It is against the contracting law to work outside your license specifications and a felony with fines. Ceramic, mosaic tile are not in the C- 15 license contracting.

I help write the state test for CSLB. Have 41 years experience in all aspects of floor covering. We worked Oakland unified and SFSU since 1991
