- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $25 deposit fee which is included in your total. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of the appointment. Discounts do apply for reoccurring clients, clients that are physically disabled, clients ages 65 and over, new moms pregnant or with a child between 0-24 months. No Zelle , no cashapp, no Apple Pay, no checks. Venmo payments, thumbtack payments, cash and also you can pay through the website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting their information, asking them about the service they would like, sharing with them the rules and regulations, getting the deposit, completing the service, and later on discussing about discounts and reoccurring services if they like my work.
