This practice goes beyond surface-level coping tools and address the root emotional and subconscious patterns driving stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and scarcity mindsets.
My approach uniquely blends evidence-based neuroscience, hypnotherapy, and wholistic metaphysical practices that guide clients on how to regulate their nervous systems, rewire limiting beliefs, and create lasting change.
I work with women and families across cultures and religions. I offer local and global access through in-person eco sessions (at a park or beach) and virtual services (zoom, google meet,WhatsApp)
I also build healing retreats in Ghana West Africa. We are building a community-centered sanctuary there that will extend transformational individual sessions into transformational generational impact.
