Prompt and professional service all around! Davis Electric diagnosed and repaired a faulty 220v outlet which my contractors had not installed properly. Great quality of work and great value.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Keian was amazing! He was very responsive from the beginning and was able to fit me into his schedule within a couple days of being in contact. He was professional, quick and attentive. He added 11 recess lights along with swapping out all the switches in my condo including adding 2 dim switches. He also replaced my kitchen light fixture and mounted my TV. He cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a multiple day job in just one day. On top of everything, his rates are reasonable. I can’t thank him enough! Any electrical needs I have in the future will definitely be through him and I will refer my friends and family to him as well.

Keian was responsive and kept me updated with scheduling. When there was a slight tilt in the mount instead of moving on he took apart some parts to fix the issue and reassemble. Can't beat his quote either. We're happy.

Details: Wall mount above fireplace • Drywall • No, have all the cables needed • Yes, already have a mount/stand • Articulating • Cable/satellite box • Gaming console • Sound bar

Wishing that I could choose more skillsets and work factors than just 3. Davis electric was great! He was able to tackle in 2 visit to my home what other contractors couldn't do. I am so pleased with his work that I'm thinking of other electrical projects that can be done. I will say this... once the can lights in the kitchen and living room were done. I swear I heard the choir singing "let there be light" and "hallelujah, hallelujah..."

Details: Upgrade wiring, fixture, or equipment • Wiring • Lights • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Townhouse

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My labor rate is typically $53/hr for Handyman work and $63/hr anything Electric related. However, I also can bid complete jobs, depending on the size of the project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I first try to understand the project and task at hand, then I like to walk the Customer thru the process step by step so they will be aware of what is going on at all times. Making sure I answer any questions or concerns the customer may have.
