This was my first experience using Thunder Junk Removal and I couldn't be happier. They knew exactly how to handle the job and were able to handle an ad-hoc job on the spot for a reasonable add on cost without any issues. Very kind, professional, accommodating, care with items and my home as well as quick workers. Andre and his partner are great. Even though I was going to hire another junk pickup service, I asked Thunder if I could still call them if the other service did not work out for me. Immediately, they answered me yes. So just as I thought, the other service was very noncommital and wishy/washy, so I decided against hiring them and called Thunder. Right away, Andre made an appointment to come and pick up my stuff, I didn't have to wait until they were good and ready as with the other service(s) - it was more than one that acted like this. You can't beat such professionalism/courtesy.
