I cannot recommend Serena enough! She truly saved the day by fitting me into her schedule last minute for my baby shower, and I am beyond grateful. She arrived at my location early in the morning, was incredibly professional, and made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Serena did both my hair and makeup, and I honestly felt more beautiful than I ever have. She listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Serena was absolutely an angel and amazing to work with! She was so sweet and so accommodating to my needs and emergencies.On the day of my wedding my hairstylist was a no-show and Serena took the time and effort to find me a last minute replacement while still doing makeup for me and my bridesmaids. On top of that, she gave me exactly what I was looking for, for my makeup look! She did an amazing job, I felt beautiful and my bridesmaids were gorgeous! I appreciate her so much! ❤️

I have never used thumbtack nevertheless used a makeup artist from here. I am absolutely blown away by Serena. She is extremely professional, extraordinarily talented but also super personable. I was really nervous but she made immediately made me feel comfortable and that we were working together as a team to achieve the best results. I highly recommend her. She really took her time and I actually lost track of time because it was so much fun. I could ask her opinion if I wanted to try an idea and I could trust her completely to tell me her professional opinion. I really value that. If I had a concern or wanted to try something different, she was very flexible. I felt like she was really there for me and had my best interest at heart. She asked me about the event I was going to because she was thinking ahead and wanted to make sure I looked my best all day and night. The makeup and hair held long into the night. I didn’t have to keep checking the mirror. Couldn’t be happier and I would absolutely hire her again. She is, in the truest sense, an artist. 10/10
