I was looking for someone to do my hair and makeup for a gala. I didn't start looking until two weeks before the event and was super lucky to find Serena had availability. She was immediately responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. The day of the event, she was adamant that she set aside plenty of time to doll me up so that the experience didn't feel rushed. I really appreciated that. She totally sets a mood while she is working with the background music, her soothing voice, and sweet disposition. I really felt like I was being pampered. She was also really patient with my indecisiveness, which I appreciated. The final look far exceeded my expectations. She promised to make me look beautiful, and I totally felt beautiful. I got compliments all night. I can't recommend Serena enough. She was wonderful. I will definitely be working with her again.

Serena was amazing!!!! She nailed my look for my city hall wedding. She made me feel stunning and confident! She is attentive and listens to exactly what you want. Serena was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive with booking, and punctual day of the event. She did make up for my friend’s niece. It came out flawless. I like that she checked in along the way to make sure the client was happy. She was lovely to have conversation with, and very kind to everybody that was around.
