Serena is an INCREDIBLE makeup artist. I would highly recommend her to literally anyone. She did my makeup for my work headshots and I could not be happier with how they turned out. She listened to my vision for the look and truly brought it to life. She is a wonderful listener and did a great job at incorporating my suggestions/desires. She is extremely knowledgeable about what makeup looks good on camera and the best application/technique. The makeup brands in her kit are top notch. She is punctual, highly responsive, and also a wonderfully sweet person. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

I booked Serena to do my makeup for a gala at the Claremont, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She arrived right on time, was completely professional, and such a pleasant person to be around. The whole process felt easy and enjoyable. Her work is absolutely high-quality—she checked in with me often, made adjustments whenever I wanted, and at the same time encouraged me to step a little outside of my comfort zone in the best way possible. The end result was stunning—I felt so beautiful and confident all night. She was quick, efficient, and really listened to me while still bringing her own expertise to elevate the look. What can I say about Serena? She was everything I anticipated and more! She did my mother's hair and makeup and my makeup for my son's wedding. My mom is 82 and Serena did her hair and it was exactly what I wanted. My mom has really short black white hair. Serena did curls and it looked beautiful. And the makeup was nothing like I've ever seen. My mother looked like a movie star and I'm not kidding! Everyone at the wedding was blown away my mother is already beautiful but Serena accented every area of my mother's face she just glowed. And the confidence it brought my mom through the wedding was everything to me she knew she looked beautiful! As for myself I run a lumber yard don't wear a lick of makeup any given day of my life I don't like it. However I sat down with Serena I was very nervous. Serena took it slow gave me a couple options made me feel comfortable and before you knew it I had very light subtle makeup and accented my whole face and she put the most beautiful lashes on me. Our pictures came out amazing! Serena you made the day! You were kind and sweet and professional and you made sure you covered every area to finish the whole look. I will refer her to everyone. Serena did my makeup for my very last minute wedding. She listened to everything I wanted and worked with me closely to make adjustments as they came up. We did a trial which I highly recommend— and my face didn’t like the full coverage I asked for. She brought different products to troubleshoot, adjusted beautifully to my changing requests on my wedding day, and we found something that worked great for my sweaty face! My makeup looked great and stayed on all night. She is lovely to work with and really cares about doing a great job ❤️
