FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise anyone looking to learn guitar or music in general to hire a teacher that is capable of teaching them musical literacy. Music is learned much like a langauge; the more literate that you are, the more you will be capable of holding sophisticated conversations. Learning to read music and understand theory from the start is a great way to save required practice time in the long run because it will increase the efficiency of your practice sessions. It is not as intimidating as it sounds. 15 minutes to a half hour a day spent on this stuff can increase your musical status by leaps and bounds, and you can end each practice session with the pride of knowing that you are going to get results quicker than the average musician if you keep doing what you are doing. It's kind of like working out at the gym!
