- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For 5 years in a row we've been named in the top 1% of California attorneys, and have settled over $100 Million for our clients. No money out of your pocket. We only get paid if we settle your case for a MAX cash settlement, if we don't make money for you we don't get paid. By working on contingency we show our clients we're serious about fighting for their rights.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our attorneys will setup a time to call you to get more information about your case, and to see if we can help. This is a free consultation and we answer any questions you have about us, your case, and what to expect. If you decide to sign with us we go to work. Unlike many law firms, we go to court to fight for your rights and to make sure you receive the maximum compensation possible. You've been in an accident, you've been injured, you have many things running through your mind. You're unsure how you'll afford legal representation, medical bills, and doctors visits. Thankfully, The Murphey Group offers a 'no recovery, no fee' option. This means we operate on contingency, if we can't recover a settlement for you we don't get paid, if we succeed in settling your case, then your attorney fees will only be taken out of the total recovered amount. Other attorneys want a flat fee up-front with no guarantees on settlements, you have the option to work with a firm with over 100 years of combined experience on a contingency.
