- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s nice but not required for me to know a little bit about my clients. It does help when making decisions. Understanding their needs and wants us directly related to their desired outcome. I always feel a bond whenever I’m working in people’s homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business and I minored in Psych. Then pursued a career in Human Resources for many years. I think everything I've done in my life that relates to people and building relationships has had a direct impact on how I run a successful business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother started me on a routine of cleaning and cooking at an early age. Then I had roommates and I always took on the responsibility of cleaning. It's an OCD thing. Then here and there I started just helping friends and neighbors and I totally got into the surprise element of "the big reveal". It was a total feel good experience, providing instant gratification.
