Not only do we provide a community for people who train that are helathy and active, but we also: provide meal plans, food prep and nutrtion plans so you're equiped with all the tools you need. Shakina is personable, knowledgeable, extremely flexible with when and where to workout, super friendly...and best of all, she gives me the results I want! She tailors my workout to my ability while still making it challenging. I started with her 3.5 months after I had a baby (3 days a week for 30 min sessions) I couldn't do a single push up, could barely jump rope, and lunges were a challenge. Just 2 months later I see definition both in my arms and back, my baby belly is shrinking (though this is always the last to go), my husband continuously compliments me on my tight butt, and I've progressed INCREDIBLY in my ability to complete the tasks I've mentioned above. I look forward to seeing my body continue to transform with Shakina and highly recommended her for both personal and group training!

Shakina meets you where your at and tailors your workout to your specific needs. She is very motivating and gives her best ALL the time!! She is friendly,knowledgeable,excited and encouraging which makes me want to exercise more!!

Shakina is great at working with you to clarify and meet your personal goals. She'll help you understand where your strengths are and where you can improve. Shakina knows how to mix up your workout routines so that they don't feel repetitive. She's super friendly, supportive, and makes working out a lot of fun. I highly recommend her as a trainer.

Great trainer & I loved her personality! I haven't found both knowledge & likeability very often in trainers I've experienced, but she pushes you to do your best through her amazing workouts with down-to-earth & realistic support. Thank you so much Shakina!

I have hired several PTs throughout the years and Shakina is head and shoulders above them all. She can be tough but always with compassion. She pushes me to go further than I ever thought I could. I look forward to training because she gives so me so much motivation. Hire this woman! You won't be disappointed.
