Raul did a phenomenal job in finding a defendant who was avoiding service and serving him. Raul was timely and extremely courteous, while still being professional. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Very Unprofessional, Wreckless, Irresponsible, and Inconsiderate!!! I was put in a potentially dangerous situation as a result of how they handled the process. The stress and the level of emotional despair of filing for divorce was only exacerbated by my experience in having my husband served by Process Server. Before hiring I gave specific instructions on dates and times of when to serve divorce paperwork and I got a response confirming they could work with the timeframes. I then provided the address, the paperwork, and I gave my phone number in order to notify me when the person was close by since my husband and I are still living at the same address. I was notified over 30 minutes prior to time slot by Raul. In addition to that Raul went back and forth with me via text to ask me if my husband was home, if it was ok to be early, explained that his coworker was going to do it but he was much closer, and asked if I had an extra set of paperwork so that I could answer the door first and give to him then he could hand it to my husband. I was put in a potentially dangerous position because my husband who is extremely jealous and has history of becoming violent began questioning me and causing a scene in front of my children before the Raul even showed up. I had to go retrieve the paperwork while my husband was following me and questioning me. I then had to disclose to my husband that he was getting served because he was so irate about the number that was texting me. He confiscated my phone in order to view the texts himself. Then my husband walked out of the house with my phone because he was irate about the fact that he was going to be served and he was still adamant that he would find something else in my phone. I followed my husband out of the house in concern that he was going to evade being served. About 10 minutes later while we were on the sidewalk Raul drove up, stopped in the middle of the street, and rolled down his driver side window in order to collect the paperwork from me. All the while my husband is standing 5 steps away from us. After Raul had the paperwork in hand he exited his vehicle and walked a few steps to my husband and handed him the paperwork. What a disaster for something that should have been a simple ring of the doorbell and handing paperwork to him! I should not have been involved at all in the process!
