Introduction: We design custom structures with minimum of "typical" details. Clients save on final construction costs because Enginious Structures’ complete, detailed drawings eliminate many ambiguities of standardized plans, tightening and lowering bids from contractors while minimizing change orders. We also provide input on sustainable structural design throughout the building design and construction process. All projects are supervised by Alexander Itsekson, a member of the Northern California U.S. Green Building Council and a LEED Accredited Professional. Our designs are practical and straightforward to build. Our engineers have considerable hands-on experience in project construction, creating designs that are easy to build, meet code criteria and eliminate improvisation in the field.
