FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer lesson packs. The first one is a 4-hour lesson pack where you can save 5%. The second is a 6-hour lesson pack, where you can save 7.5%. The third is an 8-hour lesson pack, where you can save 10%. Moreover, if you like how I coach and decide to bring another customer to me, you get a 10% discount on every private lesson you take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually structure my lessons into three sections. The first is based on hitting with me. The second is focused on technique and improving specific shots. Finally, I like to end my lessons with some points where the client can enjoy and show what he/she has learned. However, I'm open to adapt to clients' needs. I also like to have good communication with my clients and know about their opinions and points of view.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some of my experience as a tennis coach include working for Privilege Tennis, a tennis company that provides high-quality tennis coaching to luxury hotels and top-level tennis clubs. Specifically, I had the chance to work for Hotel Kempinski Bahia, which is a 5-star hotel located in the south of Spain. During my time there, I helped dozens of clients of all types of levels to improve their game, both technically and tactically.
