There are no words to express the level of quality, expertise and professionalism of Chef B.B. I hired for the 1st time ever for a birthday/father’s day brunch surprise for both my son and husband. Booking her services was super easy and discussing the theme and cadence of the menu was very collaborative. Chef has such a fresh take on how to use fresh ingredients and make delicious creations. On the day of service, Chef was on time and ready to work. My husband and son was extremely surprised that someone else besides me was cooking first thing in the morning but the results was fabulous. Every single item on the menu was delicious and there were plenty leftovers for at least a couple of days. And Chef also cleaned our kitchen and left it immaculate. Just first class luxury service!!!! I’m looking ahead on what other special occasions I can use as an excuse to have Chef B.B. back as this experience was Diamond quality. So glad I found her and so glad she was able to deliver!!!!

We had a great experience working with B.B. We developed our knife work, learned about different knives for different tasks, and how to safely use and clean them. As well, we spent time tasting and adjusting the ingredients in our dishes to make them suit our palates. Interesting to find other ways to make dishes more tasty other than using "salt" as well as ways to tone down the different flavours by using acidic compounds etc. Our Thai menu gave us ample opportunity to learn wok skills, new ways to slice and dice, and heating pans properly. Also leaving items to "cook" before stirring them was a good reminder. The five of us had an intriguing, rewarding experience enhanced by B.B.'s great experience with taste profiles, sense of humor and vast knowledge of the culinary arts. We will book this opportunity again! Thank you B.B!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Culinary Instruction: $100/pp plus food cost. Private Chef: $100/pp base but can go up to $150 depending on # ppl, menu/ingredients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
30 min initial consultation to understand dietary restrictions and culinary desires. After that, I create weekly custom menus which are reviewed with the client.
