- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People have been telling me that I would make a great bartender since I was 18 years old. I thought that they might be on to something.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with every type of customer. Everyone from tech companies (Airbnb, Twitch, CrunchyRoll, etc.) to special celebrity events at the Castro Theater. And of course, my favorite type of client is just people looking to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays or some other special occasion.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I bartended an event at Medium.com in San Francisco for 200+ people and it was filmed for the pilot episode of their new series featuring interviews with award winning authors. It was me and 3 other bartenders who had never met each other before. We had to get creative after discovering that we ran out of sweet and sour mix halfway through the event but everything went smoothly and we were asked to return for the filming of their second episode.
