I started working in restaurant as busser in 2000 and moved my way up to be the food and beverage manager for Hotel Vitale, Banquet manager/ restaurant manager for Virgin Hotels Group. It took me 18 years to where I am in my life. I truly understand the meaning of customer service. Ppl do this to pay bills I do this to make ppl smile and pay bills.
