I hired Pratima for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary party and she did a phenomenal job!!! The drinks were all top-notch, presentation was impeccable, service and preparation were outstanding, and Pratima is such a friendly and interesting person to speak with! She went above and beyond, and helped make the party unforgettable! She is very accessible and responsive, she brings just about everything she needs to make amazing drinks (you provide just the alcohol), and she works with you to tailor the experience exactly the way you want. 10/10 would hire her again!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in restaurant as busser in 2000 and moved my way up to be the food and beverage manager for Hotel Vitale, Banquet manager/ restaurant manager for Virgin Hotels Group. It took me 18 years to where I am in my life. I truly understand the meaning of customer service. Ppl do this to pay bills I do this to make ppl smile and pay bills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as busser in the evening while going to school in the morning but I fell in love with Food & Beverages in long run. I was food and beverage manager before pandemic and after pandemic for a while but I got tired of working for others and decided to do this on my own.
