The service call was completed and he made extremely helpful recommendations for my garbage disposal for the future. He showed me a helpful tip in fixing the problem so that I don’t get stuck with another clogged system and even provided a small tool for my use. Very responsive and punctual, highly recommend as I will continue to use him for my plumbing repairs.

Highly recommended. Bill is honest, reasonably priced, experienced, licensed, on time, and efficient:
Hired Bill to install a automatic gas shutoff valve since insurance requires it and he did a great job for a very reasonable price. The installation was tricky as there were some old gas fittings that had degraded with time but Bill was able to make it work.
It's rare to find a 1 man operation like Bill, unlike many other plumbing companies that charge sky high prices to cover their business bloat/overhead.

The customer should know that because I am a small company with low overhead I am passing that savings the savings onto the homeowner but at the same time I am licensed licensed and insured and and do not compromise compromise safety and skilled workmanship

I try and let the customer the know that the project is not difficult and they are are in good hands hands and try to educate them at the same time about the work being done
