The service call was completed and he made extremely helpful recommendations for my garbagedisposal for the future. Bill did a great job with the garbagedisposalinstallation. From the start, he was responsive, upfront with fees, which were reasonable, was on time with the appt and a very kind person. The customer should know that because I am a small company with low overhead I am passing that savings the savings onto the homeowner but at the same time I am licensed licensed and insured and and do not compromise compromise safety and skilled workmanship

I try and let the customer the know that the project is not difficult and they are are in good hands hands and try to educate them at the same time about the work being done
