- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to troubleshooting an issue, it requires an intimate knowledge of electrical systems to accomplish. Almost always are charged in a time and materials method. I have over a decade of experience and a problem solving mind. So most of my fee is charged up front, compared to racking up hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 16 years of experience, which includes my apprenticeship, schooling, journeymanship, and time as a foreman. As well as passing my Electrical Contracting License.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A very wide range. Home Owners, Real Estate Agents, Property Management Companies, Insurance Agents, Commercial Property Owners, New Residential Builders, Custom Home Builders, PGE Employees.
