I am so happy I went with Next Level. Owner Brian was able to come out and inspect my plumbing issue within 24 hours. He is a great communicator and arrived when he said he would. He detected the leak (shower). Turns out we had to remove the shower plate and connections and then remove some of the tile to cap the pipes and stop the leak. We clearly have water damage so he got me in touch with a water remediation company. We will likely need a full bathroom remodel and I will be calling Brian to plumb the new bathroom.

Bryan went above and beyond to install faucets in our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. He also did a wonderful job installing our kitchen sink. It’s been 10 months since the installation, and they’re performing as good as new. We were out-of-state when he did the job, and he was responsive and trustworthy.
