I had time-sensitive plumbing items at a property that required a same-day visit. I reached out to a few plumbers; Permanent Solutions was the second to reply, but the first to confirm a tech.
Mauricio was the supervisor/tech that performed the on-site visit. He was able to troubleshoot the issues quickly and sent follow-up options/quotes almost immediately.
The company is quick to respond and schedule. Mauricio, in particular, was wonderful. He is kind, helpful and a good reminder that there are still people looking to simply do good work and take care of people.

Mauricio came out to check on a possible issue with the regulator for our main water line. He ran some tests and determined that there were no issues with the regulator. We appreciated his honesty and would definitely have him come out again should we have any additional plumbing needs in the future.

I messaged on Sunday regarding a leak in the same area where repairs were done a few weeks back. Permanent solutions responded promptly and scheduled a service person for the next day morning. Cesar, the service person, gave a heads up before arriving, arrived on time and diagnosed the issue. It was something city should address.
