- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coggins Construction's pricing is calculated depending on the size, time duration, and scope of each project. Some examples would be pricing per linear foot or the number of employees needed to complete the job. All pricing is transparent and there are no hidden fees or cost. What we agree to is what we charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dedicated my time to familiarize myself with the construction by going to construction school. I learned priceless on-site training that has given me a leg up when formulating quotes and price structures. Having an education and on-site training in this field allows my decision making to be non-basis and more well rounded
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family goes back 4 generations of construction workers. As a child, I practically grew up on a job site where I was taught the basic fundamentals of construction. As the years went on, I took an interest in this field and never looked back.
