Kevin was great. Very nice person and very nice work. He did a difficult backsplash for us, all glass linear tiles with a bay window that had a ton of angles and edges. He came up with ideas for us that worked great. When others came out to quote me they were asking ME what I had in mind for the difficult parts...hey, that's why I'm hiring YOU. They also seemed to be kind of unfamiliar with the tiles we had. Kevin instantly recognized the type of tile, said he had the proper saw blades already and then told me what he would suggest for certain area. He did a very nice job and we are extremely pleased. We'll have him back for something simpler when we do our bathrooms. Hire him with no fears or reservations.

Kevin is a consummate professional. From the bid to project completion he treated us with kindness and honesty. He is a true artisan. His work is superb. He knew to prep some uneven walls and the final result is stunning. Complex cuts, beautifully done.

During our recent bathroom and closet remodel, Kevin Hafner not only did fantastic tile work, but he stepped in to supervise the project when the original general contractor had to withdraw. Kevin is a consummate professional and a master craftsman. His work ethic is beyond reproach, his artistry is amazing, and his demeanor is always pleasant. Throughout the project, Kevin listened to us and kept us involved, sharing suggestions that we hadn't considered and for which we remain completely grateful. Kevin did an outstanding job remodeling our shower and bathtub surrounding area. His attention to detail, vision and design concepts are second to none. Kevin is an owner operator (one-man show), which is great. My wife is pregnant and it put my mind at ease knowing that a trust worthy gentleman that I interviewed and met in person was going to be the only one walking in and out of my house on a daily basis while I was at work. I searched high an low for a tile contractor and Kevin was the only one that met all my criteria including a very competitive price.
I really appreciated Kevin's suggestions and design ideas on how to make an existing 3'x3' shower enclosure into a two-person shower luxuary. He designed a very sleek, neo-angled shower curb that tied in perfectly into an existing pony-wall that separates our shower from our bathtub. This allowed the bathroom to flow without interruption. We also threw in another curve ball of wanting a disjointed ("brick") tile pattern and a "feature strip" to go throughout the shower enclosure into our bathtub surround area. Once again Kevin found a brilliant way to make that work without ending up with misaligned tile pattern.
He's a hard working guy that really enjoys his job and loves seeing the end product.
I highly recommend Kevin.
