Notes: * 2 people labor , to cut the time in half * 4 hour minimum session * Free donation drop off * Hazard cleaning fee applies for rat infestation ($350min/day) * Weekends higher hourly rate * Trash removal service fee depends on weight and volume ( $150-$600) hazardous waste and e-waste service as well
