At the beginning, Cesar told me, on more than one occassion, 'no data no pay'. But, after several months, and what turned out to be a harrowing experience, this is a lie, as I now owe $167 for no data, or the media I supplied them for recovery will not be returned.
I was not told that the final outcome "no data and owing $167 or they won't return my CF card " would be a possible outcome. Had I been so advised, I would not have hired Cesar or GotaTech IT Solutions. No rebuttal by Cesar can possibly negate this FACT.

Just to clarify.
Data Recovery service was provided by 3rd party company and we only assisted you with sending the failed drive to Platinum Data recovery lab. The only charges you incurred were for the new backup drive needed to start the recovery and shipping/handling fees . As of today we still have not received payment.

Cesar arrived at my house, and found out our problem, offered to take my desktop to his shop and take care of it, and brought it back within 3 hours! Very reasonable and made everything work great!!!!
