FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the project, condition of the concrete, and the type of epoxy system you choose (flake, metallic, solid color, etc.). Every job is a little different, so I like to give accurate quotes after seeing the space or getting clear details. I keep my pricing straightforward with NO HIDDEN FEES. Prep work is a big part of doing the job right, so that’s always included in my pricing rather than added later. I also offer contractor pricing and discounts for larger projects or multiple areas. My goal is to be fair, competitive, and deliver quality work that lasts, not cut corners to be the cheapest option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty straightforward and focused on keeping things easy for the customer. First, I get some basic details about the project; square footage, type of space, and what kind of finish you’re looking for. If needed, I’ll schedule a time to come take a look in person so I can assess the condition of the concrete and make sure the quote is accurate. Once we agree on the scope and pricing, we get the job scheduled. Before starting, I’ll go over prep expectations so everything is ready to go. On install day, I handle all the proper prep work first (grinding, repairs, cleaning), then apply the epoxy system. I keep everything clean and organized throughout the process. After the job is done, I walk the project with you to make sure everything looks right and go over cure times and aftercare so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is to keep communication clear, show up when I say I will, and deliver a finished product that lasts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is primarily hands-on, which is where I’ve gained the most valuable experience for this type of work. I’ve spent time learning proper surface preparation, coating application, and working with different epoxy systems to make sure each job is done the right way. A big part of this industry is technique and attention to detail, especially when it comes to prep work, which is what determines how long the floor will last. I’ve also continued to learn through working on real projects, staying up to date with products, and refining my process to deliver consistent, high-quality results. I focus on doing things the correct way rather than cutting corners, so customers get a floor that not only looks good but holds up over time.
