Great experience. Peter takes his time to communicate and let's you know your options up front. He makes adjustments to your invoice on the spot if he doesn't need to complete a quoted service, which is great. He drove out to install my TV on a Sunday, which is a day he typically doesn't work. Overall very very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Peter Celeste made a home call (no charge), and advised me to call the cable company to deal with the repair issue. He was right, they fixed the problem. I will certainly call him again when I need his expertise (or think so).

Hi-Def hung a TV at my house-and during the installation--Peter and his partner were very hands on, hard working, explored every avenue to make sure that the installation would be perfect. Peter quoted a price and communicated every aspect of the quote. During the installation, he kept me informed about every aspect of the installation. I was extremely happy with the installation, the price, the work ethic, the quality of work, and I would definitely recommend Peter and Hi-Def Connections Inc.

The walls were freshly painted and I was worried about them finger printing or damaging the new paint. When the installation was complete the walls were still pristine. Nice job guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every installation is different we have a template where the project details are input based on a questionnaire or phone conversation and we calculate the quote on every individual situation. If the project is on a larger scale we like to provide a site survey for the client, to better see the details in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to find out first what the client is attempting to accomplish. Collect all the details of the project and submit an accurate estimate for the installation. Once accepted, schedule a date and time that works best for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Employed by Best Buy / Geek Squad Home Theater Installation for 2+ years.
