What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic junk removal/hauling and clean out services start at $160 that is with the dump fee included. The price goes up from there depending on the load size and weight.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have them send me photos to give them more accurate estimate find out if they are located in an apartment or a home and if they are located in an apartment, how many flights of stairs do we have to go up to get to the unit?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this for the last 6 years. Full licensed and fully insured.
