- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Many people seek therapy after losing flexibility or function following a car accident (often being delayed) or work injury. Other people seek treatment for chronic back, shoulder, hip pain, or pain in any area containing soft tissue. Massage Therapy can help treat many conditions like TMJ disorder, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, to name a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process: Get into contact with me to schedule an appointment and discuss the goals of our treatment. Going to my website or any other social media platform is a great way to contact me. Payment is taking after service and can be purchased in packages. After arriving, we will discuss any contraindications or areas of focus; then, I will step out of the room, and so you can disrobe and get under the sheets before I re-enter. After the massage is performed, the client will get dressed and use the restroom if needed. The service will be over and will discuss future scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed massage therapist in Alaska, so I have passed background checks, continuing education requirements, and belong to a professional association, AMTA. I've worked for years in chiropractor offices and have branched out into my own company. I received my training locally from Alaska Career College. My recent continuing education is in Anatomy Trains, which is a branch of ROLFING. I specialize in structural dysfunctions and motor vehicle accident recovery.
