Louis was prompt and professional. I loved that he brought along a helper because the last several handymen I hired before I found Louis had me climbing the ladders and holding objects in place while they nailed them. I'm not opposed to DIY projects, and am somewhat handy myself, just lacking tools or expertise for a lot of my jobs. Anyway, that extra pair of hands let me get on with the work *I* needed to do. He sized-up the sink install, described what he planned on doing, did the job and then found another problem with the pipes (we had just moved in and didn't use the bathroom he was working in so we didn't know that the p-trap area--original since 1952--was leaking). So he followed up with that, too. (additional cost, but not part of the original sink install contract--no problem to me, he does a great job!). Louis was a man of his word. Moreover he was creative about solving the laundry list of projects I set him to. I highly recommend him.

I'm pretty sure there is nothing Louis can't do - and do well. He is well known and highly thought of in my neighborhood, so I made up a list of projects and gave him a call. He is super reliable and super creative - I had some Ikea closet doors that were not made to fit, but you would never know it after Louis got done! He also made good suggestions for swapping out some ugly tract lighting and even came shopping with me to choose the right fixtures. He does a lot of extra stuff like this without charging, so I recommend getting him a Starbucks in return. Venti iced quad caramel macchiato. :)

Showed up on time, got right to work, did an excellent job on my bathroom and finished the job on time. Clean and organized even fixed a couple little things for free! Would gladly use Louis again. Highly recommended.

Louis does all the work for us on all the properties we have, and is very good at handling all the tasks that are needed on each house, he is prompt, dependable, reliable, and extremely fair with his pricing. The tenantas like him, and always have a good word to say abouth him, which makes us very happy! we recommend him to all our friends.

Louis is a man of his word.. Very important when I have to rely on what I'm told. He does what he says he"ll do in a timely and orderly manner..........and he cleans up when he's done!!! Great service.
