Very prompt to come measure a window with slight damage we wanted repaired. They quoted us a great price to repair and after very Fint the cost of the glass needed and their estimated labor the actual price was very reasonable as well. We then were strung along for over 2 months and still have not had anyone come repair the window. I have 3 children and we have had a damaged window in our living room for months. We were told it would be done in 2 weeks. It is now the following year and they are refusing to repair the window because now they are saying the whole thing needs to be replaced and they want to charge twice the amount. Either they are not experienced enough to do an analysis of the profession they claim to be an expert in or they are just not willing to follow through with what they say. I do not recommend this business to anyone. I feel they will take advantage of anyone if given the opportunity. Unfortunately that seems how a lot of these businesses on thumbtack operate. I would recommend utilizing a local handyman through a simple google search for any home repair needs. I wish DB windows would have followed through with what they said. They seem to be a family business and it’s unfortunate they would do this to a family in need.
