We recently had exterior Ring cameras installed by Soto Telecom and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience.
The installation was extremely clean and professionally done — wiring was neat, camera placement was well thought out, and everything looks seamless. Communication throughout the process was excellent. He was responsive, clear about expectations, and kept us informed every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a thorough walkthrough together so that we get a clear understanding what the clients needs are. During the project we also keep our client informed on every detail of the progress, so that if there are any changes they can be taken care of accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 8 years experience. Some of our Technicians have worked for Internet Service providers such as AT&T and Cox Cable. While others have worked for low voltage companies doing Government contracts throughout the United States. Therefore, we have an extraordinary Team that can take care of our clients needs at high standards.
