There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to creating a fitness program! I believe that tailoring a program to a person's specific needs helps to set them up for success. I love watching people begin to transform their lives! Exercise and nutrition play such huge roles in increasing quality of life, and that's what it's all about - Being able to help people move in a positive direction, and achieve their goals. THAT brings a smile to my face!

Sweet, Positive and ready for anything! Caitlin has trained me over the last year and I have had AMAZING results! For me, just going to the gym alone was not working. Her one-on-one attention and support made all the difference. Caitlin genuinely cares about her clients and it shows! HIGHLY recommended!

Caitlin tailors the work outs so they are well rounded, hitting every muscle group. She mixes it up so it keeps your body guessing. The time goes fast because each exercise also challenged the mind. If you are looking for a well rounded, challenging work out, Caitlin will give it to you!

Caitlin is absolutely wonderful to work with! She's down to earth and fun (seriously, I never thought a workout could be fun). She knows how to adjust a workout to the client's level of expertise, or in my case, total lack thereof, but she also knows how to ramp it up and kick my butt in a session when I've been flakey. She's always flexible on place and time. She makes outside workouts more comfortable by either finding a less-populated location (if you have performance anxiety like me), or doing some of the more embarrassing moves with you, so you don't look like a dweeb all by your lonesome. And the part that people really want to know out of a review: Yes, she's affordable to work with and Yes, I can see my abs again! My butt is higher and perkier and my arms don't look like meaty sausages anymore. I would recommend Caitlin to anyone and everyone, especially those who view working out as a chore.

Caitlin is an amazing trainer! She is always on time and very flexible with her training hours. She pushes me to my limit but is also very aware and makes sure that I can handle it. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! She will accommodate any fitness level.

    Find someone that motivates you! Find someone you are comfortable with, someone you can be open with, 100%. The fit between trainer and client is hugely important to the client's success!
