Introduction: Each individual is just that - an individual! The way that I train my clients varies based on their needs, their bodies, their goals, their personalities, their resources, and the like. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to creating a fitness program! I believe that tailoring a program to a person's specific needs helps to set them up for success.
