- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by asking detailed questions about their specific needs so that I fully understand the situation. From there, I will explain the possible options and offer a few solutions that best fit their budget, timeline and long-term or short term goals. My priority is to make the process, simple, transparent, and stress-free, while helping them choose the solution that is right for them.
