Service and reliability terrible.Had sent a request for a quote on Saturday. Got a call very quickly which was good. But from there, it just went down hill. I asked the agent approximately what the cost was going to be for my job. Would not give me a quote even though I had requested one. They said the tech would be able to explain cost and what my options were. Fine. I scheduled it for that upcoming Monday for between 8-12pm. Monday rolls around almost 12pm no arrival. I contacted an agent who told me the appointment was setup for the following Monday. A bit annoyed but I said ok, are there any other earlier appointments available. Yes, for the same day from 4-9pm. I said ok fine. That works. I get call at 4pm saying the tech won't be able to come and they need to reschedule. Reschedule for the next day from 8-12pm. 12 pm rolls right past. No one arrives. I get a hold of an agent and said the tech is finishing up a job and would let me know when they are on their way. An hour later I get a call saying the tech is going home for the day and had to reschedule again. I just ended up cancelling my appointment. I was stuck at home all day for 2 days waiting for a tech that never showed up. Very disappointed.
