- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge less than most pros and do free estimates. I would give a discount if the customer have a few projects or more than one day's work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to get the details of client's requirments and do a free estimate. Figure out the most efficient, economic, and safest way to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a BS degree in Electronical Engineering in a foreign country. I received a lot of on-job training on Electronical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
